Larry D. Johnson

CEO

Mr. Johnson possesses demonstrated experience that is not often seen in the security space. Through combining his unique expertise in security management with a comprehensive knowledge of business processes, risk, security technologies and strategic planning, Mr. Johnson has built numerous security operations for multiple Fortune 500 companies. With a background in both enforcement and private sector security technology program development and problem-solving, Mr. Johnson routinely discusses cyber and security solution value at both the board level and to those on the front lines in tactical security positions.

Joseph Loomis

Founder & CTO

Joseph Loomis is the Founder & CTO of Security Operations Technology, CyberSponse, Inc. Joe is a proven serial security entrepreneur with successful startup exits and has provided security based technology for companies like Apple, Microsoft, Novartis, Sony, LG, Pfizer and many others. Mr. Loomis is well versed in Cyber Security methodologies, incident response and leverages his relationships to help define visionary and innovative product offerings for the information security sector. Joe is often seen speaking on national news networks to include CNBC, FOX, CNN and a few others. Joe works closely with multiple governments agencies in his cooperative efforts combating Cybercrime and Cybersecurity. Joe is driven by a deep passion for helping others in need, mentoring other entrepreneurs and helping the next founder build their business.

George Chebat

COO & General Counsel

George is an attorney and works as General Counsel at CyberSponse. Prior to joining CyberSponse, George worked at a Washington, D.C. law firm, assisting businesses and government clients with cybersecurity and data privacy compliance, and with notification and class action response after data breaches. George received his J.D. at The George Washington University Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the International Law in Domestic Courts Journal and has been published by Oxford University Press. While attending law school, George worked with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement. George is admitted to the bar in New York, the District of Columbia, Arizona, and Virginia. He attended the University of California, Irvine for his undergraduate studies, where he majored in political science, with an emphasis on comparative politics and Middle East studies. He is fluent in Arabic.

Abhishek Narula

EVP

Abhishek Narula is the Executive Vice President at CyberSponse, leading all the engineering initiatives companywide. Abhishek brings over 18 years experience of product development experience of all stages, from requirement gathering and architecting products to delivering solutions. Abhishek is passionate about connecting products with people, through defining and building a seamless user experience and constructing and managing an excellent team. Prior to CyberSponse, Abhishek worked with Veritas and Symantec, where he helped build an ultra-scale storage layer for private cloud software such as OpenStack. Abhishek has also worked with IBM and several other startups. Abhishek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications from School of Management and Technology, UP, India.

FNU Bharathram

Business System Analyst

BK’s (FNU Bharathram) mission as a Business System Analyst is to provide an end-to-end product solution that best fits the SOC operations. He has around 10 years of IT experience. Prior to CyberSponse, he has worked in a multinational IT firm and helped build an ETL product. BK holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. He enjoys working on creating software solutions and learning new technology. Apart from work he likes all kinds of outdoor sports.
