With a background in both enforcement and private sector security technology program development and problem solving, Mr. Johnson routinely discusses cyber and security solution value at both the board level and to those on the front lines and in tactical security positions.

Joseph Loomis is the Founder & CTO of Security Operations Technology, CyberSponse, Inc. Joe is a proven serial security entrepreneur with successful startup exits and has provided security based technology for companies like Apple, Microsoft, Novartis, Sony, LG, Pfizer and many others. Mr. Loomis is well versed in Cyber Security methodologies, incident response and leverages his relationships to help define visionary and innovative product offerings for the information security sector. Joe is often seen speaking on national news networks to include CNBC, FOX, CNN and a few others. Joe works closely with multiple government agencies in his cooperative efforts combating Cybercrime and Cybersecurity. Joe is driven by a deep passion for helping others in need, mentoring other entrepreneurs and helping the next founder build their business.

Algirde Pipikaite is a Vice President of Information Risk at CyberSponse. Ms. Pipikaite brings more than 10 years of legal, security and private sector experience with extensive national and international network. Ms. Pipikaite is a trained lawyer and specializes in strategic digital transformation, cybersecurity and privacy policy. Before joining CyberSponse, Ms. Pipikaite worked in leading American government affairs companies, the European Parliament and Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania. She has lived, worked and studied in 7 countries and speaks 6 languages. She is a graduate of John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and University of Lausanne, Switzerland. She is a passionate about cybersecurity, cyber hygiene and digital age. Ms. Pipikaite is a frequent writer and speaker about these topics.

Jerry Caponera

Jerry is a sales and technical expert who brings over 15 years of cybersecurity and enterprise sales experience working in startups and large organizations to CyberSponse. Prior to CyberSponse, he was the VP of Sales at a PivotPoint Risk Analytics where he helped build a market around cyber risk quantification. He has also developed and run cyber business in the US and Internationally. Jerry holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Buffalo.

Pavan Gorakavi is the Director of Engineering, at CyberSponse, Inc. Pavan Gorakavi leads engineering initiatives at Cybersponse. Pavan brings over 15 years of enterprise software development experience in early stage and Fortune 500 companies that deliver products as a SAAS or as on-premise appliance. Pavan holds an MBA from University of Texas at Dallas, Master in computer science from Lamar University, and a bachelors in computer engineering from JNTU.

George Chebat

George Chebat

General Counsel

George is an attorney and works as General Counsel at CyberSponse. Prior to joining CyberSponse, Mr. Chebat worked at a Washington, D.C. law firm, assisting businesses and government clients with cybersecurity and data privacy compliance, and with notification and class action response after data breaches. Mr. Chebat received his J.D. at The George Washington University Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the International Law in Domestic Courts Journal, and has been published by Oxford University Press. While attending law school, Mr. Chebat gained experience working as a Judicial Clerk at the Superior Court of California, and with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement. Mr. Chebat is admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia and Virginia. Mr. Chebat attended the University of California, Irvine for his undergraduate studies, where he majored in political science, with an emphasis on comparative politics and Middle East studies.
